Bassenthwaite- Art week days 1 & 2

Bassenthwaite parents are probably aware that its art week this week as I'm sure the washing machine has done a few extra washes (sorry)
Our artwork has been inspired by the rainforest and in lesson 1 jwe created mood boards using images we selected and recreated. We looked at shapes and colours related to our chosen theme.
In our second lesson we moved on to use viewfinders and drew a rainforest animal from four different perspectives. We are really enjoying this unit so far and are excited ti see what we are going to be doing next.
