SEND
Our vision is to create a structured, inclusive, and supportive KS2 environment where all pupils feel safe, understood, valued, and able to succeed. Through adaptive teaching, clear routines, and personalised support, we aim to remove barriers to learning so that every pupil can develop independence, confidence, and the skills needed for lifelong learning.
Learning and Independence
We believe that every pupil deserves access to a meaningful, broad, and ambitious curriculum. We provide structured teaching, clear communication, and targeted support to help pupils develop understanding, independence, and resilience. Our goal is for all pupils to make strong progress from their starting points, feel confident in their learning, and achieve their full potential.
Communication and Structure
Our KS2 setting strives to be a supportive learning environment where communication is clear, routines are predictable, and learning is accessible to all. We recognise that pupils have a range of needs, and we respond through adaptive teaching, visual supports, and targeted interventions so that every child can engage, achieve, and participate fully in school life.
Partnerships
Working in partnership with families and external professionals, we ensure that every pupil’s strengths are recognised and their needs are understood. Our goal is that all pupils leave Key Stage 2 with the academic skills, social understanding, and self-confidence needed to thrive in the next stage of their education and beyond.
