In Performing Arts Club, we've been exploring Jacques Lecoq's "Seven Levels of Tension". Jacques developed an approach to acting using these seven levels of tension - and how to use them to inform our physical expression. They range from a motionless jellyfish in level 1 - up to level 7 where a bomb is exploding!! See if you can infer, from these photos and videos, which level of tension is which?
