Class 6 reflect on sacred spaces

Class: Miss A Pool - Buttermere Year: 2019 - 2020

The children have been reflecting on the sacred space activity from last week. Here are some responses from class 6...

What did you learn from this activity?

Jack G - To trust God to guide you through dark and light.

Lexi - I learnt what the Lord’s Prayer means.

Zane – God is more powerful then every single one of us.

Morgan – I learned to forgive myself.

George – To respect God and help others in need.

Joe – I learnt more about the Lord’s Prayer.

Which was your favourite station and why?

Jack G - My favourite station was forgive us our sins, because I like getting rid of all the things I have done wrong.

Amelia - Our Father because we got to draw people or pets that have died. I liked it the most because it reminded me of when I use to plat with them. It made me remember nice memories.

Eva - I liked forgive us our sins because we wrote down the things we have done wrong and gave it to God to say sorry.

Zane - Your Kingdom come because you got a glow stick. But most important it reminds us that God can shine the light on us.

Morgan – Forgive us our sins because I learnt from my mistakes.

George – Forgive our sins because it taught me to forgive. This is important because if you hurt someone you should always forgive the person you hurt.

Bailey – Your kingdom come because we got chance to reflect on Christianity and how God is.
