Class: Miss L Pool - Windermere Year: 2022 - 2023

This week, we have been to Beamish! We were lucky to see what life would have been like in Victorian times. We visited the town and went into lots of shops, a garage and lots of wealthy Victorians houses. We found out the richest on the street was the dentist. After that, we headed to the Victorian classroom and had a lesson with Mr Hall who was scary! Behaviour was excellent and thankfully no one was punished. We also got to see the houses of the miners who were much poorer. Although it was freezing, we all had a fantastic day ?
