Prehistoric art day 3 - Ennerdale

Class: Mr Tyson - Ennerdale Year: 2022 - 2023

We have had a very busy, creative and messy day in Ennerdale! First of all, we explored the school grounds to find natural materials we could use to make marks with. We then took the materials inside to experiment with. We then made our own paint out of flour and water as well as a range of spices to add colour. Finally, we made a cave wall by sticking a mixture of rice, sand and lentils to a piece of card before painting it in stone wall tones with a sponge. We will use the cave walls tomorrow to create yet another master piece!
