Hospice at Home Colour Run Visit

Class: PE Year: 2018 - 2019

Today we were visited by Stella and Paige from Hospice at Home who came in to receive a cheque for a whopping £3223.08 raised from last year's Colour Run.  They spent time thanking the children and families for their support and talked to the children about how the money raised will directly benefit members of the community.  Hospice at Home took photographs of the colour run and put together a video of the event that can be seen below.  Watching the video reminded me that despite the poor weather, the spirit of our school certainly did shine through!!!

Steph from Santander also came into school to present a cheque for £241.65 for the school.  The kind people at Santander matched funds raised from our school newspaper that will be shared between the school and Hospice at Home.
