23/11/21 Collective worship committee - Angels.

Class: Church Links & RE Year: 2021 - 2022

Isla - Reverend Jackson led the collective worship, the theme was angels. He talked about how everyone can be an angel. As well as this he read a story from the bible and sang a song called angels.

The committee interviewed some pupils.

What was the key message from today's worship?

Eden - Angels, you can all be angels by being kind, respectful and being a good messenger.

Loe - Being a Christian messenger and following Jesus' way.
Dom - Always be an angels to parents and friends.

The thing I will remember best from today's worship is...

Archie - We can all be angels and live a Christian life.

Wilf - Angel means messenger.

Loe - The nativity story, Angel Gabriel delivered the news to Mary and Joseph. Angel is a messenger.
Jasmine - That everyone is an angel.

Harry - Be nice to people all the time.

Eden - Keep on being nice even if it's tough.

How will you apply this to your life?

Freya - Be thankful, follow the St James' way.

Loe - Respect God, if he wasn't there we wouldn't have this beautiful life.

Eden - lead by example of the angels.

How did you get a chance to pray/reflect today?

Jamie - Hands together. We prayed together and listened to a prayer from Reverend Jackson,

Eden - listened to music and looked at angels and how the world was created.

Lucian - we said amen altogether which means we agree.

Loe - we sang a song called 'make me a channel of your peace' this linked to our Christian value.
