Class 4 - The Easter story

Class: Mrs Pickering - Bassenthwaite Year: 2021 - 2022

This week we listened to the 'The Story of Easter’ this is a close retelling of the story, presented from the point of view of a first-century Jewish woman.

The story guided us through the arrest, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, from Palm Sunday through Good Friday and finishing on Easter Sunday. We then worked in partners and used the beautiful illustrations to think about what each character is saying and thinking.
