We have been looking at which step pattern is the most effective when jumping for distance.
We explored jumping from one foot to two, left foot to right and other variations to see what differences we noticed.
It was tricky to do a standing jump as we all felt we'd get much further if we could run before take off, but as we polished our technique we were plesantly suprised by some of our efforts.
