Chronological Reports (....on the World Cup!!)

What better way to learn about chronological reports, and how to write them, than by writing a match report on a World Cup 2018 match?!

We learned that chronological reports are reports that have to be in the correct time order.  

We made four sections to record "Action, Dialogue, and Description & Other" interesting elements of the game.  Then we drew a timeline down the middle of our books; that represented 0 mins to 45 mins.

As the match in Moscow drew closer to kick-off; the sports reporters were ready in the world cup media suite (Class 4);  Portugal and Morocco were lined up in the tunnel, ready .... A single bead of sweat rolled down Ronaldo's cheek;  he looked uncharacteristically nervous..... Could history about to be made?.... If so, the reporters had their mighty pens at the ready....
